Goal: 

Maintain your position of General Sectary of the General Secretariat of The Party of Russian Soviet Federative Socialist....

Use chairmen of your Party to suppress the people and send them to "early retirement" if they begin to turn against you.  

Maintain the delicate balance of power between state and party control.

Controls:

- Hover over the chairman to get information on his competence, endurance, and loyalty. 

- Remove the power-hungry chairman by clicking on his photo to get a new less power-hungry chairman.

Tips:

- Keep an eye on your chairmen! They keep you at power but they are also slowly making plans to take you out. Once two or more chairmen start plotting against you, you lose.

- To get rid of disloyal chairmen, you can send him on "early retirement" and let the party choose a new one. But be careful, party and people don't like chairmen being removed. Every termination will be met with unrest. Retiring more competent chairmen cause an extra amount of unrest in your Soviet paradise.
